Delivery policy

1. What you receive, and when

• Buildathon seat (Superintelligence Buildathon / Legal AI Buildathon): a confirmation email and WhatsApp message within 24 hours of successful payment, with your joining link, calendar invite and pre-work checklist. Live sessions run on the advertised dates; replay access (90 days) opens within 48 hours after each live session.
• Workshops and add-ons: a confirmation email and WhatsApp message within 24 hours of payment. Joining links and the batch schedule are sent once your batch is fixed (we aim to announce batch dates within 30 days of payment); replay access, where included, is shown on each workshop page. When you buy several together we send one combined payment link first, and delivery starts once it is paid.
• Programs and cohorts: confirmation and onboarding details within 2 working days of payment, with the cohort schedule.
• Advisory / services engagements: delivered on the timeline agreed in your proposal or statement of work.
• Knowledge materials (LegalEdge books, study materials, courses): not yet on sale. Delivery details will be shown at the point of purchase once they launch.
• Newsletter / Track updates: emails are sent on the frequency you choose (daily or weekly); you can change or cancel this anytime via the unsubscribe link.

2. No physical shipping

EdgeBefore does not ship physical goods. Certificates of completion are issued digitally (PDF or a shareable link).

3. If something doesn’t arrive

Check your spam/promotions folder first. If you paid and haven’t received confirmation within the timelines above, contact us via the contact page with your payment reference and we’ll resolve it within 2 working days.
